Happy Malaysia Day (“Campaign”)

  1. This Campaign is organised by AirAsia Com Travel Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Touristly Travel Sdn Bhd) (“Organiser”).
  2. This Campaign starts from 9th September 2019 and ends on 16th September 2019 (both dates inclusive) (“Campaign Period”), unless otherwise advised by the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Campaign Period without prior notice.
  3. By participating in this Campaign, all participants (“Participants”) will be deemed to have read, understood and expressly agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this Campaign as stated herein and any additional terms and conditions stipulated by the Organisers (as may be applicable) including the decisions of the Organisers in all matters related thereto. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in disqualification immediately.
  4. Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions of entry. Registration for and/or participation in this Campaign is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of entry. For the avoidance of doubt, acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a pre-condition of entry. 
  5. To qualify and participate in this Campaign, Participants must purchase Activities on https://deals.airasia.com (‘Dedicated Website’) during the Campaign Period and use the Promotion Code ‘HAPPYMY16’ (‘Promo Code’) at the checkout page to be eligible to receive RM16 discount with minimum spend of RM180 (“Campaign Requirements”).
  6. Each Participant will only be able to use the Promo Code once.
  7. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promo Code can only be used for Activities purchased on the Dedicated Website and not for any Daily Deals and may not be used with redemption of BIG Points as payment method. 
  8. Employees and family of employees of (a) AirAsia Berhad and its group of companies, (b) the Organiser’s and its group of companies, or (c) any other person professionally connected with this Campaign including, without limitation, travel agency affiliate program partners are excluded from participating in this Campaign.
  9. The usual booking terms and conditions that is available on the Dedicated Website shall apply ( see https://deals.airasia.com/pages/biglife_terms) and all bookings are subject to availability.
  10. The Organiser further reserves its right to use any collected personal data and/or images of Participants in any manner and/or for any purpose related to this Campaign and the Participants are deemed to consent to such use with no monetary payment.
  11. In order to earn BIG Points, Participants must;
    1. Be an existing BIG member (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by BIGLIFE Sdn Bhd (‘BIG’) under the name “BIG Loyalty Program”) and have a unique registration number known as the “BIG Member ID” issued by BIG at the point of participation in the Campaign; and
    2. Log in to their BIG account at the Dedicated Website prior to making a purchase to be eligible to receive BIG Points. The usage of BIG Points will be subject to the BIGLIFE Membership Terms and Conditions that is available on the airasiabig.com website.
  12. The Organiser reserves the absolute right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign with or without any prior notice and/or assigning any reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organiser shall not entitle the Participants to any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any and/or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
  13. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, corrupted or misdirected booking whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction or otherwise.
  14. The Organiser, subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Campaign .
  15. The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representation contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Campaign.
  16. The Organiser reserves the absolute right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions (wholly or in part) from time to time without any prior notice to the Participants.
  17. All expenses associated with this Campaign such as transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs and/or related expenses that are incurred (if applicable) shall be solely borne by the Participants.
  18. The Organiser’s decision in relation to all aspects of the Campaign are final, binding and conclusive under any circumstances and no correspondence nor appeal will be entertained.
  19. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
  20. In the event of inconsistency between the English language version and any other language translations, the English language version shall prevail.
